Fiesta Grill is a family-owned Tex-Mex restaurant with roots dating back to 1997. Founded by Ben and Maria Martinez in Ferris, TX, our story is built on hard work, fresh food, and authentic flavors.
As word spread, so did our family - leading us to open our Ennis location, where we've proudly served the community for over 25 years. Today, Fiesta Grill remains family-run, welcoming generations of guests with the same recipes, care, and Tex-Mex tradition that started it all.
