Fiesta Grill, a beloved local Tex Mex restaurant, has a rich history that began in 1997 in Ferris, TX. Founded by Ben and Maria Martinez, they poured their hearts into the business, handling most of the work themselves to keep the restaurant thriving. As word spread about their delicious food, more family and supporters joined in, and customers flocked to experience their authentic flavors. Encouraged by their success, Ben and Maria decided to expand and opened another Fiesta Grill in Ennis, TX, where it stands strong 20 years later. The restaurant has become a favorite among locals, with loyal customers contributing to its ongoing success. While Ben is now retired, Maria continues to run the restaurant with her family, ensuring that Fiesta Grill remains a cherished culinary destination.
